Recently started using Cleanifiq for our letting agency end-of-tenancy changeover. We specialise in student property, so have high turnover, and typically a lot of cleaning to be done in fully furnished apartments. The Cleanifiq service has been a welcome solution to a previously difficult task of organising cleaners. Extremely straightforward to book, reliable cleaners (and excellent customer support if there is an issue) and added benefits of clear breakdowns and comparable quotes which are very practical for us where deposit claims/disputes are concerned. We have used them a number of times through this summer, and expect to continue using them going forwards.

Great working with this company, website is straight forward, easy to use and receive responses straight away - which is ideal when you have various move ins/outs. Due to demand my usual cleaning company couldn't fit me in for another 2 weeks, whereas Cleanifiq had the keys picked up and the property cleaned within 2 days of posting the job. Definitely my favourite cleaning go-to!
