Not happy with a job?
Tell us within 48 hours of the job being completed. Take photos of the areas you are not happy with and send them to contact@cleanifiq.com or through the form above, with your booking details. We will contact the provider to put it right. Your payment is held on the platform until you confirm you are happy with the job or 48 hours have passed, so report a problem as soon as you see it.
