  1. Getting started

    If you are looking for cleaning jobs in London, Glasgow or Edinburgh, then you are in the right place. All you need to do is be insured and register with us. Complete our registration form where you will be asked a few questions to get started.

  2. The registration process

    You'll be asked to describe the types of cleaning services you provide and the area you cover. Additionally, you'll have to upload scans of all the relevant documents, including a copy of your public liability insurance. Once your application is approved, you will start getting emails and text messages, according to your selected preferences. Each time a person or business is looking for cleaning services in London, Glasgow or Edinburgh, you will be notified.

  3. How notifications work

    All you have to do is reply to the notification with a quote. Once the customer accepts your quote — we will pass you the rest of the details and handle all the invoices and receipts on your behalf.

  4. Customer types & payment terms

    Our platform will also help you connect with private customers, as well as business customers. Any business that would need the help of cleaners in London or Glasgow can be a business customer, including letting agencies, company offices, Airbnb, hotels and so on. For such customers, we will issue an invoice on your behalf, allowing up to 30 days for the business customers to pay, whereas we retain the payment from private customers upfront.

  5. Payment processing

    The payment gets transferred automatically to your account within nine days of completion, in the case of private customers, and 48 hours for business customers from the moment the invoice was paid, should no complaints arise.
