It looks up the providers who cover your postcode and offer the service you need, and can tell you how other customers rated them.
Checks your date
Have a day in mind? SparkleBot checks which of those providers are free on that date, so you are not comparing people who cannot come.
Texts you your results
When you are done, it sends a link to your results page by text message. Compare the providers there and book when you are ready.

- No, SparkleBot is an AI assistant. If you would rather speak to a person, call customer support on 0141 488 0088, Mon–Fri 9:30–17:30. When you call SparkleBot during those hours, it can put you through to the team.
- Property cleaning such as end of tenancy, deep and regular cleans, plus carpet, oven and window cleaning. For other jobs, SparkleBot writes up a description of what you need so providers can quote for it.
- No. Talking to SparkleBot and getting quotes is free. You only pay for the job you choose to book, at the price shown on your results page.
- No. SparkleBot sends you a link to your results page. You can compare the providers there, come back later, or decide not to book at all.
- By text message. At the end of the chat or call, SparkleBot sends a link to your results page, where you see the providers who cover your area and can book online.
- Yes. Tell SparkleBot the date you have in mind and it checks which providers who cover your postcode are available on that day.
- They are used to create your quote request and find providers for it. The Cleanifiq team also receives a summary of each chat, so a person can follow up if something needs attention.
