Comprehensive cleaning for living spaces up to king-size bedroom
Service covers rooms no larger than a "King size bedroom". Cleaning professionals work on all accessible surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings using professional techniques and equipment.

- Light fittings (with extension pole for dust/cobwebs)
- Window sills and radiators (exterior, behind, inside where accessible)
- Door frames and doors
- Furniture surfaces

Not Included
- Wall washing or stain removal from painted walls
- Ceiling cleaning (except cobweb removal)

Size Limitations
• Hallways: Maximum 5 meters (longer hallways may be charged extra or counted as x2)
• Staircases: Up to 20 steps counted as 1 staircase (larger staircases may incur extra charges)
• Living rooms are counted as standard rooms
• Light fittings: Scrubbing may not be possible for fittings higher than 3-step ladder reach

Size Considerations & Extra Charges
• Large bathrooms (bigger than a single bedroom with separate shower and bath areas) may attract extra charges

- All standard room cleaning features
- Top of kitchen units (even if slightly higher than 3-step ladder reach)
- Appliance cleaning (accessible areas)
- Behind appliances (only if on wheels or pre-moved by customer)
- Specialized material care for wood surfaces
Not Included
- Dish/cutlery washing
- Moving heavy appliances that could damage floors
Wood Surface Care
Wood worktops and units (including natural wood) are sensitive to harsh chemicals and degreasers which might cause stains or damage. Cleaning professionals will use gentler solutions like white paste to protect wood integrity. However, customers should understand that these gentler methods might not completely remove all dirt and stains.

Specialized deep cleaning for ovens, hobs, and accessories
Dedicated oven cleaning service tackling hard-to-reach areas and cutting through built-up grease and grime using professional-grade solutions and techniques.

- Oven door glass (both sides if safely removable)
- Standard number of racks and trays that came with oven
- Exterior cleaning (front, top, sides, hidden sides if safely moveable)
- Control knobs, handles, and external glass
- Hob cleaning (if selected) - burners, grates, controls, surface
- Hob filter cleaning (if selected and applicable)
Not Included
- Oven repair or servicing of broken/faulty ovens
- Self-cleaning ovens not meant for cleaning products
- Moving non-wheeled ovens that could damage floors
Important Service Conditions
- Customer must ensure oven is in working condition before service
- Older or heavily-used ovens may show residual staining after thorough cleaning
- Only safe disassembly/reassembly of removable parts performed
- Suitable cleaning products used for each surface type to avoid damage

- Venetian blind cleaning (as fitted or removable if safely refittable)
Not Included
- Exterior windows above ground floor that don't open inwards
- Windows larger than 2 meters by 1.5 meters
- Scrubbing very dirty roller blinds (to avoid damage)
- Extremely dirty Venetian blinds that would be damaged by chemicals/scrubbing
Safety & Damage Prevention
For safety reasons, exterior windows above ground floor or those that don't open inwards will not be cleaned. Cleaning professionals may refuse to clean blinds if they are extremely dirty and cleaning would cause damage.

Pet Considerations
Cleaning professionals need to be notified about any pets. Excessive pet hair can be a reason for extra charges. While professional efforts are made to remove stains, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Special Circumstances & Extreme Cleaning
For properties requiring extreme cleaning due to special circumstances like neglect, disability, or after bereavement, cleaning professionals can charge extra depending on severity. These situations include but are not limited to:
- Presence of pests, vomit, or waste materials
- Extreme neglect situations requiring specialized cleaning
Important: These situations are not covered under Level 4 cleaning. Customers should message cleaning professionals with pictures to determine additional costs for such services.
Property Preparation
Upon cleaner arrival, all areas need to be ready for cleaning to start immediately. Waiting time for area preparation may result in additional charges.

Important safety and operational restrictions
For safety and liability reasons, there are certain tasks and conditions that cleaning professionals cannot accommodate.
What Cannot Be Performed
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning exterior of high-reach windows (except commercial window cleaning service)
- Working in properties without access to water, electricity, or drainage
- Cleaning areas with exposed cables or high electrical risks
- Working in areas with strong gas smells
- Cleaning areas with biohazard risks (unless previously agreed upon and confirmed)
Safety Priority
These limitations ensure the safety of cleaning professionals and protect customer property. Special arrangements can sometimes be made with prior agreement and confirmation between customer and cleaning professional.

- Construction dust and debris removal
Not Included
- Stain removal from porous materials (natural stone, unsealed wood)
- Waste removal from construction or renovation projects
Volume Considerations
The volume of paint and plaster should be reasonable. If excessive, cleaning professionals have the right to either charge extra or refuse the service. Any additional charges should be agreed upon before the cleaning process begins. Services not included (porous materials, waste removal) must be discussed and agreed upon separately if needed.
