Commercial cleaning in London: offices, shops and workspaces
Describe your London office, shop or studio, add photos or a walkthrough video, and providers who cover your postcode can quote. We’re new in London, so be ready for fewer quotes than in Scotland; requesting costs nothing.
Free to request. No obligation to book.
- Quotes from local providers
- Free in-person visit available
- Invoices on business plans
- Vetted providers

- 4.9 / 5Google rating from 113 reviews
Three things that get you an accurate quote first time.
Commercial jobs are priced by each provider from your brief. The better the brief, the closer the quotes are to each other and to the real job.
- 1
The space
What it is (office, shop, studio, communal areas), the approximate floor area, and how many rooms, toilets and kitchens there are.
- 2
The job
A one-off deep clean, a pre-opening clean, a post-event clean, or what you’d want done on each visit. Add your opening hours and when the work can happen.
- 3
Photos or a short video
The request form takes both. A 60-second walkthrough of the premises beats a paragraph of description.
Not sure it can be priced from photos? Ask for an in-person visit. Your first visit for a job is free (one free visit per postcode every 7 days), and a quote after a visit stays valid for up to 3 months.
Quotes you can compare. Providers you can choose.
Traditional contract cleaning works one way: one company, one price, a long term, and whoever they send that week. When quality slips, your only lever is the contract.
Cleanifiq works differently. You send one brief, independent providers and small local companies quote for it, and you decide who comes in. If the first provider isn’t right, the next job can go to someone else.
Several quotes, one brief
Each provider quotes the same description, and each has a public rating and reviews from paid jobs.
You choose who comes in
Profiles show completed jobs and reviews, not a sales pitch. Rebook the provider you liked.
Everything on the record
The quote, the scope and every message go through the platform. If there’s a disagreement, that record resolves it.
Invoices that suit a business
On a paid business plan, each job is invoiced after completion on 30-day terms. On the free Marketplace account you pay per job at checkout, like a private customer. Many providers are sole traders or small firms below the VAT threshold, so there’s often no VAT on their invoices.
If it isn’t right
- Tell us within 48 hours of the job, with photos or a short video of what isn’t right. Your provider gets 48 working hours to come back and put it right at no cost to you, and we hold their payment until it’s settled. If they can’t or won’t, you choose: the value of the unfinished items back as a refund or Cleanifiq credit, or a new, smaller job for just those items with another provider (you see the price before confirming anything).
Honest limit: specialist industrial, clinical or biohazard cleaning isn’t quoted through this page. Those jobs need a conversation first: call sales on 0141 846 7777 or book a call.
Free to request. No contract, no minimum term.

How quoting works.
- 01
Describe the space
Write the brief and upload photos or a video.
- 02
Providers quote
Providers who cover your part of London send quotes; a free in-person visit is available if needed.
- 03
Compare and book
Compare price, reviews and availability, then book one.
- 04
Job done, then paid
You’re invoiced on a paid business plan, or the payment you made at checkout is released to the provider.
How much does commercial cleaning cost in London?
Commercial jobs are quoted by each provider from your brief, so there’s no price list and we don’t publish an average: there aren’t yet enough commercial jobs on Cleanifiq to make one honest.
The price depends on the floor area, how many toilets and kitchens there are, the condition, and when the work can happen. Each provider sets a minimum call-out.
What affects the price
- Floor area and number of rooms
- Toilets and kitchens: the slowest rooms to do well
- Condition, and how long since the last proper clean
- When the work can happen (evenings and weekends can cost more; providers set any weekend fee)
- Access, parking and loading
Why quotes differ
Providers set their own rates and size the job differently: a team of two for one evening, or one person over two. Compare the scope and the time each quote assumes, not only the total.
Protected from request to sign-off.
Your payment is held
You choose at checkout: pay a deposit (20% of the job, or the provider’s minimum call-out fee if that’s higher) or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the balance is due by 7:30am on the day of the job. Your money goes to Cleanifiq, not the provider, and release to the provider starts the day after the job, once they’ve completed it on the platform.
Not right? Tell us within 48 hours

Checked before they quote
Before a provider can take bookings we check photo ID, proof of address and public liability insurance, plus a criminal record check (Basic Disclosure Scotland or equivalent) and right to work where it applies. For companies we check a director’s ID, the business address, public liability insurance and Companies House status. Documents with expiry dates are re-checked when they expire. Every review on a provider’s profile comes from a booked, paid job. Cleanifiq’s insurance covers a new provider’s first three jobs while their own cover is being verified.
Keep it on the platform
Always pay through Cleanifiq, including for anything added on the day. Work paid for privately falls outside our guarantee, our insurance and our dispute resolution.
Early in London, clear about it.
Cleanifiq is only beginning in London, and we have no track record of commercial jobs here yet. If a provider covering your postcode can take the work on, they’ll quote; if not, you’ll know.
Out-of-hours access
Many London offices can only be cleaned before 8am or after 6pm, through a security desk. Say who signs the provider in and which hours are possible.
Getting there
Central jobs may involve the Congestion Charge, every borough is inside the ULEZ, and loading bays are tightly controlled. Providers may build this into the quote, so say where they can park.
Your business waste
Under the waste duty of care, your business is responsible for its own waste. A cleaning quote doesn’t include taking it away unless it says so.
Commercial Cleaning in London: your questions
- Tell us when the work can happen when you request quotes, and providers quote for those times. Evenings and weekends can cost more; each provider sets any weekend fee.
- On a paid business plan, each job is invoiced after completion on 30-day terms. On the free Marketplace account you pay per job at checkout, like a private customer.
- Not many yet. You can request quotes for London premises today, but our provider network here is at an early stage. If nobody quotes, nothing is charged and there’s no commitment.
- For jobs that need seeing first, some providers offer an in-person visit. Your first visit for a job is free (one free visit per postcode every 7 days); a second provider’s visit fee is shown before you book it and refunded if they cancel. A quote given after a visit is valid for up to 3 months. Paid business plans include more in-person visit quotes per job.

- Business accounts can cancel a booking on the day for free until the provider has arrived, picked up keys or is on their way; within 60 minutes of a notified arrival time, the provider’s minimum call-out fee applies.
